[Epic] Console usage with crc

Most users use the web console. We would like to know what they do if they turn on the telemetry.

Dev Sandbox already includes a telemetry plugin that reports to Segment. We could reuse it and customize it for our need.

We could also parse the audit log file of the OpenShift API server. It would give us information about tools using crc (with the user agent).
