Flickering on Mac OS X

It may be due to me being on a beta version of Yosemite (10.10), but the application starts flickingering the the map. It usually starts off slow and progressively flickers faster and sometimes it'll slow down or even stop flickering for a few seconds.

I'm seeing the same thing. Really started hurting my eyes after a couple of minutes.
