偶发性空指针NULL问题

com.jph.takephoto.uitl.TUriParse中getFileWithUri方法里

cursor.moveToFirst(); 这一行代码，cursor是null问题，这里的cursor应该判断空指针

不过这个也是偶发事件

发生bug的手机：华为 VTR AL00
