[Feature Request] Support Push Webhooks for watcher (instead of schedule)

I think we currently set a Schedule in watcher to run scheduled runs. Is it possible to listen Docker Hub Webhooks for notifying immediately when a push event occur in the remote repository? Does it makes sense?

Diun does not expose any endpoint to receive webhook and is not intended to atm. See also https://github.com/crazy-max/diun/issues/515#issuecomment-989877391
