As you're using a container builder, can you post your BuildKit logs please? Can be seen with `docker logs buildx_buildkit_kingbuilder0`.

Seems similar to this proposal https://github.com/just-containers/s6-overlay/issues/386#issuecomment-1053055397 (dockerfile can be seen here: https://github.com/crazy-max/docker-alpine-s6/blob/master/Dockerfile)
