See Windows > Block tracking hosts category. It configures network based on latest Windows 10/11 specification, all documented with reputable sources.

It only supports hosts file editing. It does not integrate with other tools like simplewall, but there is no reason not to do that and contributions are welcome.

Huge respect for this project. I used it personally and I was playing with idea of depending of this project to add networking support, but unfortunately it's no longer maintained.
