Difficulty clicking with USB DOS software mouse

I have a Lenovo laptop, I followed the instructions in the help document, turned off the USB emulation and integrated network card in the BIOS, the processor is an AMD single-core processor, the computer integrates the keyboard and touchpad mouse with PS2 interface, and the USB interface supports OHCI and EHCI. I tried to load usbddos and usbddosp successfully, and the mouse pointer moved accurately, but pressing the left and right mouse buttons, often unresponsive, need to press a few more times to succeed 1 time, when running the game, the left button press once will keep firing bullets, you have to repeat the key or press the right button to end this state.

I mainly use it to drive USB mouse under MSDOS7 system. I changed several brands of USB mouse for testing. I found that it is not only AMD processor, but also another Samsung laptop with Intel Atom processor has the same result when running USBDDOSP. They all have the problem that the mouse pointer moves normally, but the left or right button does not work, or it takes several presses to respond.
