No sound even when Sound Blaster is enabled

In my games i have the sound blaster enabled, but i get no sound. I get sound when the PC speaker is enabled, but not from SB. SBEMU detects that i have an intel HD audio, and everything seems to check out.

please provide more information, what's the detailed spec of your PC? (i.e. motherboard, cpu, memory) what's the output of the /SCL of the first run of sbemu? what DOS version are you using? have you tried with /O1 option for it?

It's an HP prebuilt, so it's some weird ITX board It's got an AMD A8-6410 and 8GB of DDR3 It's hooked up to a 16gb USB drive I'm using FreeDOS 1.3 idk what SCL is and what is this O1 option?

some HDA devices output to headphones by default, O1 will switch the output to speaker.

Where do i see if it's set to headphones?
