PC speaker emulation

Some modern computers (and VirtualBox) don't have PC speaker, but it's used by many DOS programs and games.

Such functionality was provided by REMUS and of course QEMU, DOSbox incarnations and others also provide such emulation (although not exactly in DOS).

I would love to have this. The netbook I'm using this on doesn't have PC speaker support, so having it in emulation would be positively amazing.

That just fixes PC Speaker muting. It's not PC Speaker Emulation.
