SB16 PnP / AWE64 Support

This might seem like a weird and somewhat redundant suggestion but try to hear me out.

A lot of the later ISA Sound Blaster cards opted to use a chip called CQM or Creative Quadraphonic Modulation instead of genuine Yamaha OPL3 chips causing poor FM quality and inaccuracy in several games.

Would it be possible to support these cards? I'm wondering if the FM port (typically 388) could be overwritten by SBEMU's DOSBox OPL3 emulation while the PCM component could still be handled by Creative's own drivers.
