That is not easy. It demands a thirds party API, and cost a lot of money for EACH integration.

better using webhook to support 3rd party apps notification like discord/telegram bot/WhatsApp Business API etc

Whatsapp notifications require 3rd party integration as @anselmobattisti suggested. Don't think that's coming anytime soon.

We will be adding support for slack/discord though.
