Long customer names slightly break Crater UI

Customers with long names cause layout problems in various places in the Crater UI, sometimes obscuring content.

As demonstrated on the Crater Demo:

Note that the amount and date in the pane on the left gets pushed to the right and partially hidden.

This affects the mobile app on Android and iOS too! My work around is a shortened version my end and then a longer one on the billing address
