Greetings, can you elaborate for what purpose it is needed and how you want it to work?

Actually sounds rather useful. I imagine the use case for this is when there are multiple people in a client company who need to receive the invoices, estimates, or receipts. This happens quite frequently when a team leader sets everything up but the accounting department is the one who ends up paying the bills. They would both need to be copied on the invoices and receipts.

Thank you. I completely agree with you, as I see it: We need a linked table of contacts, which will be like inside the organization, for example: Contact person, accountant, secretary Claudia. And we just select them and the addresses themselves are substituted.

This is definitely needed.

I think to make it work better, there should be a field on the customer page to allow adding multiple other "correspondence" emails, so instead of jamming all emails in one field, you will have one primary email (like "to:" field in email) and many other emails (like "Cc:" in the email)
