I'd like to be able to set the page size of the PDF invoice so we can use A4, Letter, A5 or other sizes to be more compatible with different environments and also Dot Matrix Printers (yes, I am aware this is completely outdated stuff but some places/countries still use them quite a lot)

Can you advise us how to change this manually? I am in USA and need to make my PDFs US Letter size. Thanks.
