Invoices Expire 2 weeks after emailed for 30 day invoices

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Invoices time out when not paid for 2 weeks. Invoices should NEVER time out, only quotes, the DEFAULT for this should be 'never' if you have this feature timeout and allow a setting in admin if someone has and edge case where invoices ever need to time out.

Describe the solution you'd like Default to 'never', have a setting to add date on odd case they need to.

Describe alternatives you've considered changing to another project, as this is costing time and money (would rather donate, than lose frustrated customers)
