Can't add the same currency provider twice

Describe the bug I've created a new company and tried to add the same currency provider as for company 1. It doesn't work. I've added the item directly from the DB, and it seems to work just fine, so there must be a check somewhere that trows the error 'currency_used'.

Expected behavior

1. Adding the same provider with the same API key and currencies should work, but better still, all companies could use the same currency exchange provider.. I don't know why you separated them, or why would someone use one for a few currencies and another for other currencies, they should have the same exact exchange rates. Maybe a company could use the official exchange rate but add a custom % on top of it? That makes more sense.
