Ability to set an initial invoice number value

Describe the bug After a new installation, invoice numbers start at 1.

Expected behavior Set a value that invoice numbers start incrementing at X. Even directly in the database without UI is okay.

Where is the current value stored? When I modify the database it is still starting at one. Is there a workaround that I can add currently? Even if I'd modify the laravel code in the container would be okay for me. I want to start using crater, but letting my invoices start at 1 again, is not an option for me.
