Invoice with user information

Is it possible, for accountability purposes, to automatically add the full name of the user who generates the invoice to the invoice? I'm assuming there is a short code for this somewhere already but I don't know what it is... It the short code doesn't exist yet is there a way to make it so that we can do this? Thanks!
