Remove dependency on external backup tooling

In version 1.0, the operator depends on external tooling to create full cluster backups. This ticket is about adding a built-in solution. The metrics-exporter that is deployed alongside a CrateDB cluster should then hook into the Prometheus infrastructure proposed in #35.
