Bootstrap `--exclude` with .gitignore

I apologize for the naive question, but before I get too far with defining filters, is there an easy way to make it exclude the .gitignore rules? Such rule would be enough for me most of the time.

We should be respecting .gitignore by default but that is also subject to https://github.com/crate-ci/typos/issues/347
