How do you install applications?

Hey Craig,

I like the approach you are taking here with the setup of your mac - nice and minimalistic. It doesn't look like your Ansible playbook handle the setup of all of the apps that end up in Applications. I see them in your playbook.yml file, but I see no code that installs them. Is this simply a placeholder/reminder to you to manually install those?
