Black background after changing Settings

I updated my settings to include showing Tasks, and after I saved, my background color changed to black, making it hard to see anything. I went to the Color options, and changed the Document Background to white, and when I clicked out of the color selector, the background went back to white - I clicked SAVE, and back to a black background.

Running on the iBrave.io host I've cleared all cookies and web browser settings I've turned off Show Tasks I've clicked 'Reset Colors' PHP v7.0

EDIT: This issue is currently unique to a new Admin account that I created; the default Admin account is not affected. EDIT: Deleting the account and recreating it seems to have temporarily solved the issue.
