Charset issue, nordic characters

Thanks again for a wonderful webcalendar! After upgrading to v1.3.0 today, I found that language files which require UTF-8, seems to need the addition of charset: UTF-8 in the translation file (not just the equal sign), and also the files should be converted to UTF-8, not ANSI.
