Timezone issues

Hi, I have two users, both (it appears) have the same settings, and the appointments appear fine in the web interface of WebCalendar.

However, when using the remote subscriptions links on an iPhone, in one user's calendar the times are off (1 hour, seems to be UCT) and the other user's appointments are fine.

I've looked in the webcal_user and other tables but I don't know where to look.
