Permissions don't seem to be working as expected. You cannot hide forums from users.

`ajax/forumuser.tpl` only used in `footer_with_ajax.tpl` and `forumusersAction` method in ajax controller. - probably remove this or create configurable setting `ajax/newposts.tpl` used only in `centerblock/display3.tpl` and `newpostsAction` method in ajax controller....

should consider marking Topic::posts as "EXTRA-LAZY" this would prevent them from all being loaded at once. The pager would then load only the needed ones?

Any concerns with Datatables 2?
