I personally don't see any issues with censorship here. Instance admins already have the ability to censor and block instances. Other AP servers have had similar features for a while...

Approval mode for individual posts from an account, in a 'shadowban' style could also be relevant? This does potentially raise a few concerns though.

@Dramex, What dev release are you talking about? There is only the master branch...
