Position desync when jumping to timestamp

Symptom: When jumping to another position in the video that is not currently buffered (estimate, based on observation), sometimes the player will start loading multiple times and then jump to the beginning, usually leaving the progress bar behind. Jumping 10 seconds using the hotkey usually brings the player back to the desired position.

Repro steps: Load a long video, and then jump at least several minutes away. Issue is intermittent. Machine info Browser is Firefox for Linux, running on a rather slow machine with only 4GB of RAM.

Same or similar issue here. The progression bar is visually in the right place, but the audio effectively starts again at 0:00. Almost systematic when manually jumping to a timestamp. Librewolf 119.0.1-1 on Windows 10
