Issue in Firefox when control + Mouse left click on the body of the popup Selecting entire text in popup

Current behavior:

when control + Mouse left click on the body of the popup Selecting entire text in popup Expected behavior:

should not select the text. should be consistent as other browsers Steps to reproduce: 1.Open Popup in Firefox browser 2.Hold Control and Left mouse click on the body/content area of the popup. 3. You can see all the text including title, body and buttons in the popup is Highlighting where in other browsers this is not the case.
