Redactor fields not available for entries view/filter

When trying to preview/filter by a Redactor field, the option is not there (outlined is a simple Plain Text field):

Most other fields are available, except Redactor and/or Matrix fields. Is this not part of Craft 3 or am I missing something simple & silly?

We have just received a issue report from our client that he needs to be able to display columns of the Redactor type in the list tables.

Is there any option/configuration to enable their display in the tables?

Our request is from one of our clients as well.

Also, Matrix field(s) aren't available to view/preview. Most of our clients are used to the old EE's Zenbu and would love to see those 2 field types be available in the entries view.
