LSEP symbol not removed by HTML cleaner

Description

The error showing on chromebook Screenshot 2022-10-11 at 11 29 27

Nothing noticeable on macOS chrome Screenshot 2022-10-11 at 11 29 46

But when inspecting the source you see the whitespace Screenshot 2022-10-11 at 11 30 21

I opened this issue a few years ago, but I can't find it anymore

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a redactor text field
  2. Copy paste some tekst from microsoft products
  3. Inspect front end output (symbols are invisible)
  4. optional: if you have a chromebook these symbols are visible front end
