What happened?

Description

TIME of revisions is missing on revisions dropdown

Steps to reproduce

1. we can see the time an entry was updated in the main entries listing (see below)

2. we CANNOT see the time a revision was made however in the revisions dropdown. This is sometimes critical information!

Expected behavior

Revisions should show time of revision, whether on hover or explicitly.

Actual behavior

revisions only show the day a revision was made
