Support for reading legacy.bin files

Describe Your Suggestion

These files are typically from the steam workshop from places like Garry's Mod or Source Filmmaker. They can technically be unpacked using 7zip, and further extracted with other tools if necessary.

I think this uses the PK header for files that come from Source Filmmaker. I don't know what Garry's Mod uses for its legacy.bin, which also needs further extraction using gmad.exe, crowbar, or this program.

legacy.bin seems to be a catch-all name for whatever the game happened to be using, since old Steam Workshop only let you upload a single file. This issue should track autodetecting type of pack file based on magic identifier if the extension check fails. (To add on to that, for now just rename the file extension, gmod should be .gma, sfm should be .zip, etc.)
