Support for reading Xbox ZIPs from Source Engine PS3/360 Games

To Reproduce
- Open the Xbox ZIP file update/zip0.ps3.zip from the updates of Portal 2 for the PS3

I am sorry, I misread the readme and got confuzed because Xbox Zip (PS3/Xbox 360 Source ZIP Files) and XZP (OG Xbox HL2 Xbox ZiP Files) are 2 different things for 2 different versions of source engine, this would've been better as a feature request if I read the Reamde right, I am sorry.
This file in particular also showed itself as "XZP3", which made me more confused

This is implemented, some files are still stored in the preload header and it can't parse XZP3 yet but it's Good Enough™ for now. Reading XZP3/preload and writing XZP2/XZP3/preload will be a separate issue
