Can't click on the first few lines when editing a .vmt

Describe the Bug

When I want to edit a .vmt I can't click on the first few line to select them. I suspect its die to the UI elements of the SAVE and CANCEL button are extending to left and blocking the cursor.

To Reproduce

1. Open a VPK in VPKEdit
2. select a .vmt
3. Click the Edit Button
4. Try select the first few line at the same level as the SAVE and CANCEL button
