ImGui windows don't have proper positioning or sizes by default

Describe the Bug

self explanatory

To Reproduce

launch the editor for the first time. the windows are all the smallest size imgui supports and are positioned in the same top left corner area of the screen.

closing: no longer an issue as I'm working on putting a self made imgui extension in place that allows programmatic docking to happen much easier
