May be one could provide a few functions to translate binary format ? At least the upper part reading the rows and columns in binary result ?

When we change language the editor window is closed and the user may loose some work (tested on 11.0.3)

Solves #610. Just modified ast_helperlite.mli? And tested on my code.

Currently it triggers a warning, from 5.03 apply_unit must be used and there could be a fallback for older version.
