Please write clear steps for docker installation

So I am trying to install with docker but I am not that good with docker devops, If you can provide some good and clear steps on what to do from scratch it would be great!

I think this might not be the right place for a full docker tutorial (like installing and basic usage)... but we can improve the tutorial ofc. At wich point you got stuck?
