Outline width is reset after toggling off and on

Steps to reproduce

  • Open a note

  • Resize Outline

  • Toggle off Outline

  • Toggle on Outline

Observed Behavior

Outline pane got the original width

Expected Behavior

The width is not reset to the original value

The best way now is to try to put the outline panel on the left side of the notes panel. There are many strange problems when the plugin panel is placed on the far right.
