Error "expected ElmExpressionRequirement" when processing null predicate tests

When performing data requirement analysis on queries with conditions that include null predicate tests, the error "Expected ElmExpressionRequirement" occurs. Ideally, the case of a null predicate test could be included in the data requirements as a further sargeable modifier, but at the very least it should not result in an error.
