Is there an upgrade guide from 2.6.0 to 3.5.0?

I don't see 3.5.0 packages here: https://central.sonatype.com/namespace/org.opencds.cqf.cql. So I'm assuming there has been some re-organization of the package structure. I tried looking in https://github.com/cqframework/clinical-reasoning/releases but didn't see any guide for upgrading from 2.6.0 to 3.5.0.

I also tried to look through https://www.cqframework.org/clinical-reasoning/ but no upgrade guide.
