Crash when placing a gate on nearby pipe

Partial log http://pastebin.com/cXH3UC0v Full log http://pastebin.com/iXmMjg8J Placed and industrial electric engine (this mod), like this screenshot. The gate is "Golden AND gate" mode is "Full energy", upon entering it - crash. Also getting a crash when trying to open gate's GUI.
