Add compilers in Drone CI

[sdarwin]

Include gcc-9,10,11 and clang-9,10,11,12

The results show that clang-10,11,12 are failing.

Added a debugging section to display output from /drone/src/_cache/cmake_ep/ninja//Debug/src/rocksdb-stamp/rocksdb-build-.log .
