Wiki accident / Security issue

Sorry, I've accidentally deleted the wiki's main file. I thought it would redirect me to fork the repo to do that... 😑 When I tried to revert the commit that destroyed the Initial-Outline.md, github said that I don't have writing permissions (but how it allowed me to delete the file in first place?).

Can anybody revert it?
