如何在使用缓存和不使用缓存之间进行切换呢？

在使用的时候有个需求，某一些请求结果需要进行缓存，有的却不需要。不知这个怎么进行切换？

#4 同时存在RxJavaCallAdapterFactory和RxCacheCallAdapterFactory的话，Retrofit API返回值类型没有RxCacheResult就会直接走网络
