Give the option to expose the "End of Scope" selector as a Regex.

Currently the options let you customise the End of Scope selector by a space separated list of values and a space seperated list of line end values.

If there was an option to expose it as a regex (or several regexes) it would give the end use more control.

If we do this we should still give the option of entering End of scope the current way to keep it simple
