Is there a way to generate a PDF in A0 format? Saving a page as a PDF in A0 format does not scale - the PDF is a huge blank...

It may not be apparent that there is some more blocks than fits the screen. E.g. with my default settings I need to scroll *horizontally* to see all the blocks...
