Internal Solution Feedback buttons & views counter

One feature that might help us see which internal solutions are the most helpful would be some buttons at the end of each internal solution which users can click, sort of like those links after amazon reviews. This would also provide some gratification for people who write internal solutions.

Specs:

• Each internal solution has a counter listing the number of unique views (by some criteria, maybe 1/account/day?)
• At the end of each internal solution, there is an area with some buttons that users can click. Maybe one button for helpful and one button for unclear? The helpful button would have a number in it tracking the number of people who clicked that button (only if at least one person found it helpful).
• Each account can only click one button for the problem. Clicking it again or clicking a different button switches their "vote".
