I think they mean we should support code submissions directly in the USACO Guide. This is probably somewhat achievable if we just make the "Open in IDE" button more prominent and sync the problem progress properly

What does this mean?

if they get AC in USACO Guide IDE, that updates problem status on the USACO Guide to be marked as "Accepted." Probably a very low-priority feature imo

The IDE isn't linked to the Guide though atm, is it?

The submission status is not (getting AC on IDE does not update Guide status)
