[Pedometer 4.0.1] Dailly Steps Count for Android

I need to count daily steps with Pedometer Plugin! Please can you guys suggest any way how to do it? I know I can change the code in iOS but how to do it for Android? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, I know there is a health Plugin but It works only if Google Health App is installed.

I have been searching for the daily steps plugin for Android recently, but unfortunately I couldn't find it

I was able to achieve the functionality, by using foreground services with the pedometer.
