Error measures are not uploaded for connected devices

When looking into the local DB there are a lot of error measurements that are not uploaded to CAWS.

Seems like error is not an "expected" data stream for connected devices (like "Location Service", etc.).

The error measurements are correctly uploaded for the primary device ("Primary Phone"), see
